- Le lendemain, versez tout dans une grande casserole et laissez cuire à feu vif. Remuez sans cesse avec la cuillère en bois. Le temps de cuisson est important. Comptez 10 minutes avec du sucre gélifiant, 15 minutes avec du sucre normal. Ôtez les feuilles de menthe. Mixez la confiture si vous ne voulez pas de morceaux, versez dans les pots, fermez et retournez-les 1 minute.
